Đầu tiên, cho đường bột, bơ lạt, bột mì, 1 muỗng cà phê bột nở, trứng gà, sữa tươi, 1 muỗng canh bột matcha, 1 muỗng cà phê bột vani vào 1 cái tô lớn, dùng máy đánh trứng, đánh đều lên.

Lót cốc giấy vào từng khuôn bánh cupcake. Dùng muỗng múc hỗn hợp bánh vào cốc giấy, dàn đều.

Cho bánh vào lò, nướng khoảng 15-20 phút ở nhiệt độ 190 độ C. Dùng tăm xiên thử vào bánh, rút tăm ra thấy tăm khô là được.
