Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn. Cho thịt heo bằm, 1 muỗng canh rượu soju vào, đảo đều 1 phút, cho ra đĩa.
Kim chi cải thảo vắt lấy nước, phần kim chi cắt nhỏ. Chuẩn bị sẵn 1 chén cơm trắng.
Phi thơm 1 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn. Cho thịt heo bằm vào, đảo đều 30 giây.
Tiếp theo, cho kim chi cải thảo, cơm trắng, nước kim chi, 2 muỗng canh tương ớt, 1/3 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối vào, đảo đều 3 phút cho cơm ngấm đều gia vị.
Trứng gà cho vào chảo với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, chiên nhanh tay để làm trứng ốp la. Múc cơm chiên vào chén, nén chặt. Úp cơm ra đĩa, thêm trứng ốp la lên trên, trang trí dưa leo cắt lát, dùng ngay. Bạn có thể ăn thêm nước tương nếu nhạt.
