Làm mềm 60g bơ trong tô rồi sau đó cho thêm vào 40g đường bột, trộn đều. Tách riêng lòng đỏ và lòng trắng trứng gà. Đánh tan lòng đỏ trứng rồi đổ vào tô bơ trộn đều lên.
Tiếp đến thêm vào 20-30ml sữa tươi, trộn đều. Rây vào 120g bột mì, 30g sữa bột trộn thành hỗn hợp đồng nhất.
Cho hỗn hợp vào túi bóp kem, gắn đuôi bắt bông kem. Bóp hỗn hợp thành những chiếc bánh hình hoa nhỏ ra khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy nên. Đem nướng bánh ở 180 độ C trong khoảng 15 phút là bánh chín.
